Today, Rico Engineering Works represents one of Singapore’s fastest growing fire protection companies, providing a range of innovative solutions and products to the building industry. I take great pride in what we have achieved and the contributions we have made to safeguard the lives of people and assets.

At Rico, we make it a primary objective to understand our customers’ requirements and ensure that we deliver on our promises. This is achieved through meticulous planning, precise execution and reliable after sales service. I have always believed that when our customers are treated well, their trust and loyalty will come naturally. I am grateful to the support and confidence that our customers have placed in RICO and can assure them that we will continue to provide cost effective and reliable solutions for their guaranteed satisfaction.

In addition to our customers, I believe that the strategic relationships we have established with our business partners have been key to ensuring our quality and competitiveness. Last but not least, workplace safety is always a chief concern of ours. In view of the recent increase in the number of accidents within the industry, we will continue to ensure that our operations are executed under the highest safety standards, and that our workers can return home safely each day.

Plans to reach greater heights are in progress. We have plans to increase our operational scale domestically, and would be moving into the Malaysian market soon. The latter would represent the first step in our quest of extending our reach into the region. Our ultimate goal is to become one of the most recognized fire protection brands in Asia Pacific. Together, we have achieved so much, and the sky is our limit.
